I agree 100 %. But what can we do about it? Since FAMH WAS AND STILL IS NON-REPORTING , they are not obligated to tell us anything. And IMHO, they won't. I think that are going to sweep everything under the rug, hope for new investors to renew interest and look forward. Those press releases were outright lies, but, apparently non-reporting companies can fabricate the truth without any repercussions. That's why this problem persists. No penalty !! The SEC is pretty useless concerning this matter and these companies know this. Will hiring a personal attorney help? What will be your legal fees? Is it worth it ? FAMH is banking on investors will not pursue this matter in court and hope everyone forgets it. Most longtimers have bailed and don't care anymore. FAMH is looking for new blood. I accept that. When my time comes around again, I will also. I'll wait.
