Byron, I am by no means bashing you, but... You said,
Those who have sold, it's their perogative...Has anything changed with the company other than a delay in financials, YES, more good news and the stock price has come down, even on good news...
The fact is that the company deceived us. They told us one thing and then did not deliver. So yes, you are right, something has changed. Weather you want to believe or not, with non-reporting companies, you have very little to hang your hat on. Creditability is a must here, and the loss of it will surely be reflected in share price. I remember in the April 2 PR, Jimmy Chen said this...
''Digitcom will fulfill all the financial requirements for listing on the Nasdaq small cap market and as soon as the stock meets the $4.00 price requirement we will move on making the necessary filings,'' said Jimmy Chin, Digitcom CEO.
This was almost 3 months ago...Has the $4.00 requirement been met? Surely it must have? So what do we make of the statement above? Did Jimmy change his mind and decide not to follow through with what he promised?
One thing about these BB companies... They all promise the world, the ones that deliver stand out like a sore thumb. DGIV has delivered in the past, now I'm sure many of us are asking if they will deliver again in the future...
Scott
PS. Please don't take this as bashing or being negative, I'm just tired of all the cheerleading and no one taking the time to really analyse what has been happening during the last 4 weeks...
