Everything I can find shows the "Insider Selling" just after the Q1 release. No Insider selling shows up recently (but of course it doesn't show right away on many screens).

Insiders have only started selling stock recently (with the exception of one - who seems to be selling on a regular basis, no matter what the price of the stock. They have held this company's stock for 15 years, and still hold a large percentage. I was not surprised to see them diversify a little. The company has been buying their stock back (and probably will again), the management is not draining the company of cash (bonuses, excessive pay, etc). To position this disaster as a methodical plan to split the stock, dump the shares, and then announce bad earnings is a little too paranoid. If anything, it just shows they had a poor pulse of their core OEM business. (IMHO)

I don't believe the dumping last week was by insiders selling 144 stock - the management just isn't that crazy. But who was dumping? How did they know to dump? Could it have been word from one of the OEMs? Did an analyst get wind of the shortfall?
