<off topic> Y2K

Just talked to a friend who is working on Y2K problem for a phone company. Asked how much was hype and who would be affected. Govt. will be most affected. IRS is not ready. Get ready to be charged 100 years interest for late taxes! (Upside is this should take care of the deficit.)

Ships stopping, planes crashing--sounds like hysterical hype. I'd discount it, but that doesn't mean the problem isn't real.

As far as investments go, if you trade internet stocks, you should have no qualms trading Y2K companies.

Good luck,
Jay
