Cytogen Corp. Names James A. Grigsby Chairman PRINCETON, N.J. (Dow Jones)--Cytogen Corp. (CYTO) named James A. Grigsby chairman. Grigsby replaces William C. Mills III. Further information was not immediately available. ______________________________________________________ From some of the messages on Yahoo Finance, Mr Mills was nothing to write home about as chairman. Not sure about Grigsby either. I feel much better with the shareholder rights in place. NOT!! JimO
