Have you had that printed report on your hand or you just checked it thru the net.
It's a foulplay. It's basically the same as 'No % interest payment until next year" ' ads that if you read carefully the invisible statements at the bottom, It means differently.

I really doubt it that he still has 7.2% stake.
I remember he bought a stock last summer (I don't quite remember the name), it went up from 9 to 15 then after that slowly going south to 6.
All I knew that he played it so well ,so that small investors like you would get hurt at the end.
