The Barrington Report has issued a STRONG BUY Report under their Special Situation Report. Its a great report ( 4 pages) tells all about ALDM. Please do your own DD but this is what I found. Briefly: They said, The Konkouri River concession represents one of the richest natural resource finds in western Africa. The book value with this concession alone (excluding Dinguaye concession) is $3.57 per share. Barrington feels 2,000,000 are currently shorted (4X's public float). Natural Resource companies historically trade at 2X's book value PRIOR to commencement of mining operations and 4X's book value UPON commencement of full scale mining operations. ALDM is currently trading at 1/7th the price level that market analysis project as the standard for similar stocks. The company has minimal debt and does not intend to finance itself via the use of future debt financing, this is a major factor why Barrington's selection of ALDM. Barrington says ALDM should be trading at $7 TODAY and forecast $14 per share upon commencement of full scale mining operations. Barrington forecasts that severe pressure will be brought to bear upon the market makers to cover their trading positions, which will ENHANCE the trading value of the stock SIGNIFICANTLY. Look for the common share trading of ALDM to achieve substantial volume during the 3rd Q of 1998 and a trading price within $7 to $10 range. Jake
