BGM, I spoke to Investor Relations about a month ago regarding the Venezuelan operation. At that stage the operation had turned cash flow positive but just barely. My suspicion is that it don't not get a big mention in the annual report because it is essentially a side show and the main effort is going to be on proving up Franklin Lake. Henry
