re small stores regressive
When I read the article that announed that I was completely confused. I thought the whole purpose was huge warehouse type stores with big buying power. I supposed you could argue that HD still has the "big buying power" but will stock less in these little stores (items still bought "cheap") But doesnt that take away from the whole idea of bigness is efficient?
Strange.
Do you really think that aspect will be a success, or will prove to be a money-losing proposition that HD will someday close down?
