I think the problem as I see it now is that no one knows how many shares are going to be outstanding after they go out and get more money, so we don't know what the market cap is. Classic pending dilution problem which has pained many people (including me)in a few other situations I'm familiar with (see MTCI thread). Classic in that I didn't fully appreciate this issue before MTCI and CAFE and now I do!
