Threads 13892 - 13942 Twisted Info Huh?
So far a week has gone buy and no one has refuted the statements of DOCUMENTED FACTS. All we hear is shorts, shorts, shorts, old news, don't listen to them, we don't have their bios, hidden agendas, everything except responding to the facts.
1. There is no NASDAQ Listing because they haven't even filed a form 10.
2. They don't qualify for a NASDAQ listing because they don't meet the financial requirements.
3. Even if they did meet the criteria a NASDAQ listing doesn't change the complexion of the company.
4. We still have not responded to the company saying they are doing a stock buy back when they don't have the money to do so.
5. They talk about investing millions of dollars in joint venture projects when they don't have the money to do so.
6. The share count has gone from 10 million to 17 million plus and growing.
7. There have been no disclosures as to who got the 7 million shares.
8. The monies due on the notes receivable on the financials have not been received.
9. This company that recently changed its business direction and has no money is worth $80 million?????
10. They are going to take on AT&T, MCI & Sprint with a nickel in their pocket.
11. If they do need to raise more money that means more shares which means more dilution and either an increased market cap or a decreased share price to reflect the dilution.
12. Again, there ain't nothing proprietary so what are they banking on.
13. Then we are to believe that foreign governments are lining up to do business with them and if you believe the press releases 10's of millions of dollars have been set aside just for Digitcom this "worldwide conglomerate" of a company.
Have you gone to the bank lately and tried to get a loan. Well look at their financial condition and tell me where the money is going to come from to implement all these grandiose plans. It takes money to make money of which they have none.
And when people who insult us by comparing this to Intel, Microsoft, Dell, etc. they were never unreporting bulletin board companies with questionable dealings.
In fact here is a question for the estute panel out there.
Name one, just one, not ten or twenty, just one tech company that started out as a non reporting bulletin board company and made it to the big leagues. I will probably wait for an answer on this one a while. There isn't one.
If history serves correct on these types of stock, look for heavy selling pressure on the close with a follow through tomorrow. Then we can wait till month end when they have to mark portfolios to market and there will be an even harder downward spiral in the stock. From there it will simply continue to drift downward.
Good Luck guys, keep buying on the way down, your getting what you deserve. Closing your eyes won't make the facts go away. |
