I think that Due Diligence should be done by more people before they make allegations about insider trading etc.,
If someone has proof of such goings on than provide them for all to see in a factual manner. THAT IS USEFULL!
I think that more discretion is needed otherwise it only creates undue stress for the legitimate investors.
There is nothing wrong with short selling as long as the negative hype is as well founded as any positive hype.
