When I talked to him I was told that he could not get utilization until the end of the month. He kept saying "90% as of last month", or something like that. I would not accept it. He agreed to call someone and try but doubted he would get an answer. Real amateur but perhaps not a bad policy, so no "inside" info can get out -- only tell the IR guy what is public.

He found out that indeed a few boats were idle and that utilization was 80%. Maybe his story has changed, maybe you got last month's number, maybe utilization picked up. What did you get for dayrates?

Do you know of gas reinjection rates? I was told (by someone else) that reinjection was 50% (high?) and this meant that gas activity would be weak in the gulf in coming months.
