Don't worry. It is a Hollywood wet dream. It will never catch on. It presupposes that people will "buy" a technology that will charge them when they have the choice of buying one that won't. It is wishful thinking on some marketing guy's part. "Hey, if we could get them to buy this, we would have it made." I don't see it happening.
