Carl and i have "chatted' on the SEXI thread before which is the first security being investigated for internet fraud by the SEC and we both have our "reservations" about NCII (another "Woody stock") ATCO needs a product on the shelf (or at least a product that can be dlivered). IMHO opinion not until that is a reality will we see this stock surge over 8 again. BTW can someone post the current shares outstanding?
