This company has very low profit margin because the nature of its business - mainly plasma distribution. So 57 M order doesn't mean that much.

Plus, the current stock price level is closer to the low end of the year range(7 - 14.75), that means most people who purchased this stock this year is still under water. So the year end tax-selling will drive NABI lower, except NABI release some very bullish news soon.
