Richard, No one can dump 100K shares without moving the price--unless previously planed with the MMs (if it's not a cross trade which just brings "up" volume with no price movement). Do you know what happened to THE BARON? I couldn't find his name for the past few months. Maybe my Finder doesn't work properly. See you, Marty If you want to know what I think, there's a huge short position by the smart guys on this stock and it may either be the same person (MM) that covers in exchange for some 144 or Reg S chip stuff. I normally call a stock with a big short position as bullish, but the company has to make sense first in order to put the two and two. If the MMs are covering, it's a good sign for this small company, since they do have more than a small share of price movement. I won't bet on either direction. I just don't trust the company and cannot, and don't think the reward can come close to its risk. I see one (that may very well be a) cross-trade at 15:57:34/15:57:48 100K each (total of 200K in volume) @.14
