My guess is FIDO. They has some tech fund manager changes back in Late May/Early June. I bet that the new fund manager sold/is selling a bunch of small/mid cap names with SE Asia/PC exposure (like AVNt, CDN, SEG, MU, AMAT, semis. drives) and is buying big, liquid domestic type names like MSFT, BMCS, CTXS, CPWR, JDEC,ERTS, software and IT services (CHRZ, CATP, KEA). IMOO.
