The merger with Aquasol is all but over now - the DD took a little longer than expected and both companies want the best deal for their shareholders. The share dilution with the addition of Aquasol I don't think will mean all that much - given the enormous size of the potential market - and the fact that more tnan 50% of NIR's shares are held very tightly by less than 10 long term and Napier-friendly investors.

If you're new to NIR the best advice that I can give is to go right back to the start of the thread and work your way through. I would ignore the posts of 'peter joseph' who first appeared in early June - lasted a couple of weeks and was then canned by SI - hopefully permanently.

Napier is selling the SV-35 product line and they're moving from a research model to a combination of research/manufacturer. It's very exciting to be with Napier at this time. The linkage with Aquasol is a dream come true for these products and the two companies!!

Good luck - but you will need to take some time to familarize yourself with as much information as you can gather about Napier, Aquasol and the other players here. The threads here and at Stockhosue are a good start.
