Questions:

1. Can I have the name, address and contact information of the 3 Distributors in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Canada.

2. Do you have any financial information on these companies that would evidence their ability to pay the notes.

3. In December you announced you were going to invet millions of dollars in a joint venture, where was the money going to come from and why wasn't the investment that you stated in your press release made.

4. You stated in a press release that the company was going to do a stock buy back. Why wasn't the buy back done and where was the money going to come from since the company had no money.

5. Why have you not filed the Form 10SB and why didn't the company ever reply to the SEC's request for information when the 10SB was filed the last time.

6. Can you provide us with copies of the contracts so that we may determine the ability of the company to collect on the contract. If not why since it will be in the 10SB filing anyway.

7. What was the price of the shares issued in the 504 last year and how many were issued.

8. How did the stock issuances climb from 10 million last year to the current number which is my next question of how many shares are outstanding.

9. Who were these shares issued to and for what in return.

10. Can I see documents supporting the issuance of these shares.

11. Explain to me how the company can book the notes receivable as an asset since this is in clear opposition to accounting policy and SEC rules since no money was collected on the notes.

12. When will the Form 10SB actually be filed.

13. How does the company intend to implement its marketing plan since it does not have any capital.

14. If the company intends to raise further capital, what is the source of funds and what are the terms of any further share issuances.

15. Are there any stock options currently outstanding.
