More questions: 16. Do you intend to write down or write off the notes receivable in compliance with Accounting guidelines and principles. 17. Since the company does not meet the necessary financial requirements for an exchange what is your plan. 18. Do you intend to change accounting firms since your firm is not an SEC recogniazed peer review firm and if so what is the name of the new firm. 19. Can you provide me with the name of the loan officer in Europe who has allegedly approved grants for millions of dollars for Digitcom. 20. How much was Worldvision the promoter in Florida paid to promote the stock of the company and was it in stock, cash, or combination thereof. Let's play 20 questions and this is a good start. So anybody that is interested in doing there own homework and not relying on the B/S on this thread call for yourself, the number is there. Get the answers, get copies of the documents and make the calls. If you do not get any answers then well let the buyer beware. If they are public then there should be nothing to hide.
