Can anyone help me with the rulebook on Nasdaq Bulletin Board stocks? My broker told me today that IECS is quoted in 32nd's. This doesn't seem to fit with some of the quotes I've seen on this stock, even if I account for the figures being rounded. Would appreciate any insight. thanks - Tom
