The conference call went well. Channel reveunes 35% of sales. International sales approx. 50% of revenue. GM should trend up to high 40s over the next couple/few quarters. Craig wants to grow revenue. Revenue contributed from YAGO "very, very substaintial". Strong quarter in Asia and Europe (Europe 75% and Asia 25% of international sales).

SG&A and R&D to remain flat to down on an absolute basis (very good - SG&A 26% of sales (CISCO is (I think) 23% of sales)).

GM to trend up to high 40s rather quickly.

GM effected this quarter by product obsolescense and Fx (either not to be repeated).

I think the stock will start to trend higher during the quarter (as long a guidance from the company indicated the quater is tracking ok). The statement regarding GM is very positive.

Very positive is that inventories are down by $40 million (That will significantly help GM in the future because the company is placing inventory product that was more efficiently manufctured at lower compenent cost - Very positive)

Many manufacturing improvements realized during the quarter.

Any other comments?

Regards.
