Well, I just spoke with Mrs. Alice Bryant. The motion for her dismissal was held today in Judge Tyrone Medley's courtroom. And as expected, the case against her was dismissed. Mr. John Bates was not a happy camper and asked for a 60 day extension. Judge denied. Mrs. Alice Bryant is no longer a defendant in a Ricoh lawsuit. Judge declared the lawsuit unconstitutional.

Some highlights:

(1) NAMX was incorporated in Florida. Why in the hell did they file the suit in Utah?(Something I pointed out at the very beginning of this charade)
(2) Alice Bryant and myself have never conducted business in the state of Utah. Matter of fact, I've never even been to Utah.
(3) And as I've said before, WE NEVER OWNED NAMX STOCK.

I sincerely hope that everyone on this thread and the TEIM thread that accused Mrs. Bryant of wrongdoing, e-mails her an apology. I also want to thank her for sending me all her material. Good luck in the wrongful prosecution endeavor .... I'll be one step behind you...
