Thank you for info. A bit confused on the following:

> keep in mind their latest earnings didn't include the 3M additional shares issued from the April IPO.

Latest earning for quarter ending March 31, 1998 was based on 7,917,203 shares vs. March 31, 1997 of 5,689,890 shares. 3 M IPO was issued on April 98, naturally this earning report shouldn't include IPO, but did they get private fund last year to cause numbers of shares' increase before this IPO?
