Are there tax or other plausible incentives for ERICY as a non-US based corporation to give CS their shopping list........10 small sized networking firms.......have them acquire all of them and then take out CS????

The pace at which CS is acquiring companies over the past several days just seems plain weird, almost indiscriminate.
