Dear Ryan, Actrade is not currently interested in making any acquisitions, that I am aware of. Our primary focus is to increase our TAD revenue. We did $8 million in TAD revenue during fiscal 1996. John Chew's new Research Update (November 21, 1996) projects we should do about $28 million for 1997. We envision an incredibly huge market and should be busy enough exploiting it. We are interested in expanding nationally to other states. The Chicago branch will not necessarily have any impact on our expansion plans, other than to help facilitate our learning curve. However, there do not appear to be any immediate specific cities targeted, yet. Mitch Menik Investor Relations P.S. Thanksgiving was great!
