1. Analyst10 is not a typical naysayer, he is a professional paid for what he does.
2. He is paid by those who are shorting this stock.
3. He asks good questions, although they are more relevant to fully listed stocks.
4. DGIV has always been, and remains, a speculative play, which is why there exists a possibility for either losses, or huge profits.
5. No one should invest in any penny stock more than he/she is able to lose.
6. If just one half of what DGIV claims to be doing comes about, the future revenues will blow through the roof.
7. If you wait until DGIV gets on NASDAQ, you will have a more secure investment, but be prepared to pay much more for this stock.
8. Contrary to what Analyst10 says, DGIV is at the forefront of VoIP technology, supporting H.323 and G.279 standards with Unix-based gateways scalable to 1296 ports and 43:1 voice compression.
9. Analyst10 knows business plans, but he has never claimed to know VoIP technology, which is what DGIV is basing its future on.
