And, now the 16 RAM chip is obsolete. With Samsung working on the 256 RAM chip. IMO, the smaller firm financially will not be able to keep up with the technoloyy explosion and Moore's law.

I still do not know what is after the 300 wafer and 0.13 or 0.18 semi.

Engineers, do have any advanced ideas?
