Max I saw the show about Lennar (LEN) and the SmartHome, it has nothing to do with DHI or the sector it only dealt with homeowners who say the system does not work and want there money back. The president of Lennar was on and he said it was a promotional item to entice sales and was not a add on but built into the price of the home the homeowners say they paid $8,000 for it and the law suit is to reimburse all the homeowners who bought into it. The problem is with the voice command option witch according to the president of the company who makes the thing (I can not recall the name of the company) says can be turned off. He did a small demonstration using a cordless phone to activate the different features turn on lights etc. Pretty wild the people said the dog would bark when they weren't home and the unit would call the parents of the homeowner witch is a long distance call, another on I remember was they were away on vacation and the unit turned on the lawn sprinkler and ran it 24 hours a day for 11 days. Again nothing to do with DHI or the sector, it also did not seem to have an adverse affect on LEN up 5.53% today. Joe
