The last acquisition news occurred at a time when the share price got high enough to satisfy Del and get the number of shares given to VSGN reduced. Perhaps the MM's are waiting for the acquisition news so that they don't pay the price of share devaluation. Make INPR make their own decisions and not rely on Wall Street to help them determine the value of the acquisition.
