Ralph: I checked on the insider selling of BARR by calling and speaking with the CFO. I don't believe he would lie to me as he stated there has been no filings that he is aware of. There was a recent 125,000 filing to sell warrents held by the underwriters from a 11/96 offering.
BARR hit a new 52 week low. Way to go BARR. I'm getting just as bad as the floor traders; buying on the way down and playing the pops.
