Thanks Joe for the Dateline report--and the Lennar Pres. must have accorded himself well,as the stock was quite bullish at the bell. I have a new toy,Real Time Quotes via wallstreetcity,that also gives the last 10 trades,and I could see the block trading all came in on the buy side for DHI,and two 10K buys happened just at the close via NYSE and not Chicago(where the arbs are located)--so all I can say is DHI appears to be in a classic accumulation pre-move basing. For those wondering about oil entry now(including myself),the analyst Kaminsky said the ONLY thing holding up the price of crude with the commodity traders is the fourth coming OPEC meeting.Kaminsky went on to say this is the single most important OPEC meeting EVER-- and he was very emphatic about this---he said that if OPEC does not convince the traders that they are REALLY going to drastically cut production,then the price of crude will collapse.All and all,I will play this conservatively,and remain out of the oils--though I am aware there are those that feel this is the bottom and are buying now--and I wish them good luck.Max
