Looking to buy CYPB.

From a trading-range point of view, would this be a good time to jump in?

Also, I noticed the spike in share price in May (on announcement of Special Review status) was very short-lived. That concerns me. Obviously SOME folks noticed the news, as there WAS a spike, but the enthusiasm didn't last very long.

When, realistically, might RA approval be forthcoming, assuming the company completes its submission "mid-1998" as planned?
