To all,

Well, they finally announced the Mita deal. I understand there is about 1 million in NRE's for the next year.

Incidently, they would have made a lot more than $.01/share except they had to account for all the options they've distributed. Once a company returns to profitability for two consecutive quarters, they have to factor in all options. If you calculate it out, the number of outstanding shares has doubled......and therefore, my share of the company has shrunk!

Maybe they should do a reverse stock split to up the price of the stock and decrease the number of shares outstanding????

Robert, I totally agree with your comment about PCPI getting the word out about their company. It appears they don't know how to deal with Wall Street. This stock should be around $4 - $5 today when you compare their financials and recent contracts with other similar companies, i.e. Peerless. I'm pumped up and I don't work there or have the lucrative options the officers have. Why can't they sell their company to the analysts?

This week I finally fell below my average cost of $1.37 after being in the black for months. I'm going to buy more today or Monday since I'm convinced their financial results alone will move the stock up over the next year.....perhaps in spite of the poor job done by their execs in selling the company to The Street.

Regards,

Bob
