I am not so sure what is going on..but I am not so sure it is to scare suitors away. In fact, I am wondering whether or not CS might be on this buying spree in order to save someone else from doing it. Either that or they are saving some overseas company from all those tax related problems of purchasing 3 or 4 companies. CS buys them first then the real purchase is made of CS.
