Greetings,

How are things going? After last falls tech stock disaster I sold all my stocks but for FTEL and went to mexico for the winter. Now I'm going to have to work (awful but true) and buy another portfolio.

I almost hit it big with BAAT. Bought at .23, watched it go to .08, sold at .41, watched it go to $3+ (in a few weeks no less).

The lesson here? Perhaps stop loss orders. May I recommend "How I made $2,000,000 in the stock market".

While lazing on the beach for months I also managed to read MacMillan on Options. Great book. Its full of real life tech stock examples. I learned that everything I (and many SI persons) had been doing was all wrong. Particularly buying options without checking out their implied value, and not basing purchase decisions on volatility (which follows predictable patterns, unlike price).

Ah so Bosco (& Crossy), I recall discussion of losses and being underwater last year. Has there been a reversal of fortune?
