Mike,

Leslie Eaton from the NY Times is working on another
article about securities fraud and the emerging role
of the Web in investor information/communications.
She said, she will use OMGD and the SEC's "relatively
prompt reaction" as a case study within that article.
It could be in the printed version today, but she
wasn't completely sure. I'll keep you posted.

As to my knowledge, Mr. Scacci operates OMGD now from
home. Why don't you call him with best wishes for....
