Elmer, Would you buy a Slot 2 based system using a 440 chipset or would you rather wait 2 months and buy an 8-way capable system for a couple extra $$ (well actually the same price by that point in time). This will hurt Intel a little bit. Steve PS. What do you make of these two "high-profile" slips in a row. Now I know this one if no big deal technically (or at least I hope not for the semi-industry), but still... keep this up and you get a reputation that Andy worked so hard to avoid.
