Tomahawk Construction Co. was in Chapter 11 and received the final decree from Bankruptcy Court Aug. 97 3. ARET (per 10-K) has consulted with legal counsel regarding the filing of bankruptcy proceedings for each of the Company's Engineering Subsidiaries. ARET owns 100% of KLH 4. ARET(per 10-k) March 31,98 Delmar Janovec took back 51% ownership in Tomahawk Construction, in exchange for reduction of obligations owed to him. 5. ARET,Tomahawk and FAMC have all negotiated and/or been awarded agreements and/or contracts. 6.
