Does anyone know if there was any validity to the "raid" by federal officials? It sounds rather fantastic, but anything is possible these days. I agree that before the fundamentals are relied on, all of these other issues need to be aired out by the company. With all the blowups lately (Sunbeam, Cendant, Oxford, Cabletron, etc.) one can never underestimate the ferocity of shareholders bailing "en masse".
