Here is information from Microvision's 10QSB on the Edgar site. The through date of the report was 980331 which would seem to include the filing date of the Dennis Solomon v. Microvision, U of Wash... case mentioned in the previous post. This would seem to indicate that there are no proceedings against MVIS though I am not sure how long the flash to bang time is between a filing and when a corporation must acknowledge a legal proceeding in their SEC filings. Perhaps Messr. Urlman could provide more information regarding this suit and where it was filed. Part II OTHER INFORMATION Item 1. Legal Proceedings None
