Here is some more information that I found somebody wrote on HNLY.... Once again the information that I post is to be used in support of your own information upon buying this stock. The information is from various sources, times, and dates. This is the latest developments that I can find among people in the industry. 1. Talked to a person at Lazar, Levine & Co. and confirmed the financials will probably will not be available until the first two weeks in July. The first person I spoke to said just the Magra part of the financials were finished. Later I spoke to another person that said someone from their office is going to fly to Canada the week of the 22nd(June)to get additional information to complete the financials. Time the financials were put in report form and submitted to the SEC it would be more than likely the first two weeks in July. 2. Meyerson - everything looks great from their point of view. Spoke to a person within the company and she said negotiations are still on with a major player but just talking at this stage. She also said the PR of the company does not bother her because the revenue stream at this point is about 6-7 million. The revenues must get over 20 million for Henley to be considered a player in their industry. 3. Henley Headquarters - Tried to call our friend Daisy but only caught the message machine. Something new! Henley is offering an investor package to anyone who leaves their name and address. Nice touch if the package contains meaningful information about the company. 4. Industry Thoughts - A lot of people have thought of Henley as being a scam. I have talked to many people within the industry and myself included in the Internet publishing business and I believe there is nothing fraudulent about Henley. Many people and myself included feel that the company has been poorly run in the past and just now getting started in the right direction again. Seems like this was a mom and pop operation and now someone has to take it to a new level - just a thought! 5. Tiny Mind Polymedia - Supposed to get information about this terminated deal within the next week. All sources say this was a good company and a profitable one at that. Don't know who terminated deal but the rumor is that Henley squashed the deal sometime while Open Orders was being acquired - just a rumor. 6. Buy-Buy-Buy - I know there are a lot of investors that are not happy out there with Henley. The company continues to grow and within a month we will have audited financials which is a first for this company. Secondly, Henley continues to grow and acquire companies at a fairly good rate. If you owned a company, then agreed to sell your company for stock and working capital. You would not sell your company to a sinking ship! Look at the facts, the only way you are going to get your money is to sell your shares. Since we do not see an outrageous increase in volume then we must assume one is holding on to their shares. You are holding on to your shares to sell at a later date for a higher price which means you feel good things are on the horizon for Henley. You would not exchange your company for working capital and stock (i.e. Open Orders) on a sinking ship! Good things are on the horizon for Henley but this is a long term play (1-2yrs). I will post more information in the next few days about the Tiny Mind Polymedia deal and any other substantial information I can find. If anyone can post this on SI it would be greatly appreciated.
