<<What's wrong, in your professional opinion as a stock trader and shorter, with this company?>>

Their revenue and earnings record is hideous for starters. Their balnce sheet is also weak. I am not impressed by the bookings number for May. I can show you consulting firms with billion dollar backlogs, with reasonable revenue/earnings streams that trade at market caps comparable to TAVA.

The "who is going to to the remediation" argument is the same old tired hype we've seen to try and justify the insane valuations of these Y2K companies. The fact remains that the Y2K problem is an overblown hoax which provides a lot of sexy pseudoscience-pseudonews fodder for the media and gives a bunch of congressmen something to scream about so they can fool everyone into thinking they understand technology issues. The "remediation" business is negligible, the REAL solution to any existing Y2K "problems" lies in the constant software and hardware upgrade cycles.
