The actual translation of the word begotten (as used in John 3;16,and a few others) in the original Gr. is as follows.
3439 monogenes, begotten (mon-og-en-ace');
from 3441 and 1096; only-born, i.e. sole:
KJV-- only (begotten, child).

John 1:14

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

This word begotten in the Gr. is also translated delivered.

Higher critics have for centuries attempted to destroy and wipe out the word of God and have never been able to do so...All to the glory of God, and you my friend shall certainly not succeed either.
