INTC has had a policy of aggressive price cuts along with Moore's law (price of computing power drops by 50 percent in 18 mos.) for at least 15 years. This move just smooths the jagged teeth in the curve makes things a little more predictable from a timing standpoint. Seems unlikely to affect stock price plus or minus very much.
