Alan,

I don't know about $4.00 but this is what I do know. It would appear that Level Best is out of bankruptcy. The President, Fred Soloman is now in the IR business and declaring bankruptcy (go figure) -- this company is a shell.

However, the shell is being accumulated. Allegedly, a company by the name of HTC International, a Califorian company that prints custom logos on golf balls wants the shell.

This is a great company that has been around for many years. They are supposed to issue a release at the end of the week to make this offical -- so now it is pure crap until it is offical.

The company does about 4 mil in revenues, net about 300K and will give the LBGF shell a book value of .40 (not $4.00 but not bad, LOL)

Anyway, LBGF shell only has 5,000,000 shares outstanding (consider it to be all float) and the release will (supposedly) state that no reverse is planned! :)

So that's it.

Personal Disclaimer: I have a small postion in the stock that I acquired today @ .015. -- I have no offical inside information, nor am I an insider or promoter -- just speculating with $750. Quite honestly, I'll be long gone before .40 (try .15) -- cash in and leave -- I'm just hoping it happens

Good Luck!
