<<Chipset bug to delay Xeon server rollout till late summer>> Oops, there goes the die bank. It is totally wiped out and so are all the wafers in-line for the chipset. No one would want to use a server chipset that supports only 2 CPUs. It takes 6-8 weeks to move new wafers through the line. Hopefully they have a rocket lot to confirm the fix before another run.
