DD: Like most fhone companies, advertising usually means more INK from
press companies. But do the companies you see the most on front pages, or inside stories have the best products? No way!

The Ink comes from better literature, its more detailed, its better laid out, its written better, and there's more of it. I think thats one reason why companies like FTel are not getting the exposure they desire in some cases. Some say, "we don't have the resources", but its the written information not only for public relations people, but for everyone.

I see a few changes coming on the web pages for FTel/FNet.

First, if you consider the hardware for franklin. I think that the initial web page should read> about Franklin hardware. What else is Franklin about, except hardware. Look at arelnet.com 's first page, its all about hardware, and the top scroller is in dark background with light color letters. I'm not saying I like the page, but it looks like their "focused" on their core business as you first log in.

When people think of Franklin, they think of hardware. I really like this page due to the basic principles of the "companies focus products". If you look at ftel.com, you see 60% of the page in news releases. Most of which are not that fantastic short term and should be "aside" the main stream of data on the webpage. I also feel that Franklin is far enough down the "technology road" that any secrets they may have with products can be kept to that subject only. In other words, as I said in the first para,>

<<its more detailed, its better laid out, its written better, and there's more of it>> could not be said enough around franklin headquarters. Its time to fill the sites with useful information, and hell maybe copy others that seem to be successful in the HTML goodies. ggg

As far as FNet Corp. service, you could really get "sweet" on detailed information on product services. Its also possible that Malibu may be in need of a "software upgrade" to maybe "SuperPaintPro" or something. ggg

I know new web pages are coming, I only wish we had some imput on what is desplayed, where, and how.

I mean look at ftel.net and ftel.com to me, they should be quite distinctive. The .com should be for hardware of franklin, and .net could be the investors page with all important info on the company.

You wonder why companies like Fedex, Fidelity Investments, Microsoft, and others spend endless hours ( usually one focused group ), writing and improving ___ their IVR's, their Web pages, their sales literature. It definitely shows!

t makes you wonder what Malibu has been doing for the past two years. Sales in this department have not been that great. Maybe we just need a new head cheese over there.

I agree with most I talk to that firing anyone is not the way ahead if letting someone else step in above him makes a difference. Maybe its time to clean-out the barn in a few area's over there!!!

DaTemp'

just cleaing out a few stray ftelian thoughts on the subject. ggg

Here's one that kinda reminds me of fnet.net nexabit.com
This one here is not the neatest or organized, but it does add allot of flavor> avici.com
