If I ever get my hands on fisher............ That bastard sold close 50k MIDLP, unless I'm forgetting a private placement as the number 117k (54k public) is engrained in my mind. Getting precise floats and shares outstanding is a difficult task, and sometimes shares literaly come out of nowhere. If I'm not forgetting a private placement, then the only discrepency can be the MIDLP that fisher illegally converted/sold. On the plus side the company should be able to get money for these shares, as they clearly made it into the float. Kurt
